Bulk messaging on Messenger refers to the practice of sending a large number of messages automatically through the Messenger app. This method is widely used by online businesses to reach potential customers, promote products or services, and increase sales.
Although Messenger bulk messaging isn’t a recommended method in all cases, it has become a highly effective zero-cost marketing channel with several key advantages. When used correctly, automated messaging brings many benefits:

II. How to Configure Auto Messaging to Users Lists with MKT Care
Step 1: Log in to the MKT Care software
After successfully installing the software, log into your account. In the Messaging Function section, select Messaging
This feature allows you to automatically send messages to UID lists using pre-created content. Make sure you’ve created message templates in the Content Management section beforehand.

Step 2: Select message content for the DM
After successfully accessing the message-sending interface within MKT Care, the next step is to assign the appropriate content to be sent to your list of target UIDs. This step is crucial because it determines what message each recipient will receive.
Click on the “Select Content” button to open your library of pre-written message templates. These templates can include promotional messages, product announcements, discount campaigns, customer support scripts, or any personalized content you’ve created earlier in the Content Management section.

Step 3: Configure Auto Messaging Settings
In this step, you’ll input the list of UIDs (User IDs) that you want to message into the MKT Care system. After importing the UID file, you need to configure the sending parameters according to your device performance and the strength of the Facebook accounts being used. Adjusting these settings appropriately ensures smooth operation and helps avoid account restrictions.
MKT Care also offers an optional feature: Random Likes and Comments on Users Personal Page. When enabled, the system will automatically like and comment on the profile of the UID after sending a message. ⚠️ Note: To avoid the issue of multiple accounts spamming the same UID, make sure to enable the option “Avoid sending duplicate messages to the same UID across different accounts.” This helps distribute your messages more naturally and reduces the risk of being flagged as spam.

Once you’ve configured all necessary settings, select the account group and click the Start button to begin running the automation in MKT Care. The software will now start sending messages automatically to the list of UIDs you’ve uploaded.
